“Fitting In vs. Belonging: The Journey to Finding Your Soul Family”

For so long, I tried to fit in—to mold myself into spaces where my light felt too bright, my truth too wild, and my love too much. Like many of us on the path of awakening, I wore masks, quieted my gifts, and dimmed the essence of who I truly was… all for the comfort of being accepted.

But fitting in is not the same as belonging. Fitting in asks you to shrink. Belonging invites you to expand.

There comes a moment in your soul’s evolution when the ache of pretending grows too loud. You start to crave something deeper—an authentic resonance, a frequency that matches your heart. You long for your soul family—those who see you, feel you, and remember you, even if they’ve never met you before in this lifetime.

Finding your soul family isn’t about numbers. It’s not about building a crowd—it’s about recognizing a vibration. It’s the ease of eye contact that says “I get you.” The gentle way your nervous system exhales when you’re with them. The shared language of the heart. The way you inspire each other to rise, to shed, to become.

And here’s the truth I’ve learned:

Your soul family will not require you to explain your magic.

They will celebrate it.

They will call it forward.

They will walk beside you as you remember just how radiant, wild, and whole you are.

So if you’re still searching, hold on. Keep being you, fully. The more you reveal your true frequency, the easier it becomes for your soul family to find you. Shine anyway. Cry when needed. Keep walking.

You’re not too much.

You’re just waiting for the ones who’ve been looking for you too.

With heart wide open,

Cherie / Sha’Riel

Your sister in the soul rebellion
